Adobe Flash Player 11.1.115.69 for Android 4.0x devices (also works with 4.1.x and above devices reported by some of my friends and members) and Latest Adobe Flash Player 11.1.111.64 for Android 2.x.x and 3.x.x devices. Just install it like a normal apk.
